    Yes you will get exact hard drive you see on the picture and description.
    When you will ship my product?
    We ship the same business day all orders placed before 3PM PST. Orders that were placed after 3PM PST will be shipped next business day.
    I don't need this product anymore, can I return it?
    Yes you can, we offer 30 days return policy on all our products. Once we get the product back, you will be issued a full refund minus 20% restocking fee. Please contact us prior to sending the product back, to arrange proper shipping and RMA number.
    The hard drive did not match my data recovery needs, can I send it back for refund?
    If our company seals on the hard drive and PCB were not broken, you can return the hard drive for refund minus 20% restocking fee. International shipping is not refundable.
    When will I get my product, I'm outside of US?
    Delivery speed depends on the shipping provider you choose. For DHL Express/FedEx Priority International it takes estimated 3 business days for delivery, not including possible holds on customs. For USPS Express it takes estimated 5 business days, not including possible holds on customs.
    RETURNS
    Returns accepted if received item does not match the description in the listing. If merchandise is defective or damaged it must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
    NO RETURNS will be accepted for USED hard drives that failed during data recovery process or faulty installation.
    Please email us prior to returning the product. Wrongfully ordered or non defective product returns require a 20% restocking fee.
    For return purpose please contact us first to arrange propper shipping and refund.
