All sales final. Any issues related to product must be services through original manufacturer. If a request for receipt or invoice is made for purposes of warranty exchange/replacement will be accommodated via an email message through the eBay messenger. The receipt/invoice provided in such case will have all personal information retracted, only order number, original purchase date, item SKU/Part Number, item description, quantity, cost, and final cost, will be made available. Goods are shipped US only. All goods are shipped via UPS Ground. All goods will receive signature required and shipment insurance. Goods rerouted through UPS.com/mychoice program at request of buyer will terminate shipment responsibility for seller, any issues pursuant to a change(s) made through UPS.com/mychoice by the buyer will transfer responsibility to buyer and complete agreement established by purchase, i.e. goods are shipped in good faith to address provided by buyer at time of purchase through eBay; therein, any deviation presented by buyer during transit will constitute the transfer of liability to buyer and absolve seller of any issues related to the receipt of goods at location other than originally stated by original purchase order.
