    Description

    From my personal collection, up for auction due to down-sizing.  I remember purchasing this diecast I believe in 1:200 scale from a neighborhood hobby shop that I discovered when I first settled in around 1989.  Representing Hawaiian Airlines, this Douglas DC10-10 model will measure approximately 8" long and measures again approximately 9" wingspan.  Item is in good gently flown condition.  Very popular with airlines, the 747 had a great service life, manufactured from 1970 to 1988 in various models.  Hawaiian Airlines had emerged from bankruptcy in 1994 and leased six DC-10-10's from American Airlines.  Item will be shipped in bubble wrap with the wings and stand separated.
