    Description

This trinket box was made in Mexico City for the W.G. Walz Company of El Paso Texas in the early 10900. The Walz company was a catalog company. They had catalogs for Indian North America, Indian Handcrafts and handcrafts Mexico. You can look up the catalog in the Smithsonian Libraries. I did not find the actual trinket box in the catalog. This was made early 1900’s.
It is all tooled leather on outside. The inside has leather and suede. It does have a metal snap on outside, but do not see the other part. Really in great condition. No major issues.
Measures 9 inches long when open and measured flat.
    1 inch deep
    1 inch height.
Double compartments measure. 33/4x21/2 x 1 inch deep.
    Thank you for looking.
