Vintage Boucher Earrings
When you see this stone there is no doubt who the designer is. Boucher used these lovely poured glass cabochons in many different designs. When natural amethyst are cut with inclusion they typically will be used to turn the amethyst into cabochons - polished and shaped turning the amethyst cabochon into lovely gems. Marcel Boucher certainly hit the mark with this poured glass version. The clip-on earrings feature glass cabochons of pink and purple with swirling white inclusions, accented with sparkling sapphire rhinestones. The rhodium plated setting is in very good condition. Both earrings bear the Boucher signature and both are numbered as well. The clip backs work as they should. A beautiful pair to add to your Boucher collection, don't miss out!
